Yes. Our in-house customs brokerage team handles clearance on both origin and destination sides. All duties, taxes, and documentation are pre-calculated and shown transparently at the time of booking.
What is the difference between consolidated and direct air freight?+
Consolidated air freight shares cargo space with other shipments on a scheduled flight, with typical transit of 3–5 business days. Direct air freight books dedicated cargo space on the next available flight, with transit of 1–2 business days. Direct is ideal for time-critical or high-value shipments.
Can I ship dangerous goods via air freight?+
Yes, for most IATA-classified dangerous goods in compliance with ICAO Technical Instructions. We require a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) at booking and apply a dangerous-goods surcharge. Certain classes (e.g. Class 1 explosives, Class 7 radioactive) are restricted — contact our team to confirm.
