Our Warehousing service provides 12 distribution centers across Asia-Pacific, totaling 480,000 square meters of storage capacity. Each facility is purpose-built for either ambient, temperature-controlled, or high-value storage — and every single item that enters or leaves is barcode-scanned into our inventory system at the unit level.
From the moment your stock arrives at our dock, it is weighed, photographed, scanned, and assigned to a specific bin location. Our warehouse management system (WMS) updates inventory levels in real time, so you always know exactly how much stock you hold, where it sits, and how fast it is moving. Integration with your e-commerce or ERP system is available via API, with webhook events for every stock-in, stock-out, and threshold alert.
Our fulfillment service picks, packs, and ships orders within SLAs as tight as 4 hours from order receipt. Returns processing, quality inspection, kitting, and relabeling are all available as add-on services. Every action is logged against the original tracking ID, so your customer-facing tracking page reflects the true status at every stage.

Inbound & inspection
Goods-in is weighed, counted, photographed, and inspected against your packing list. Discrepancies flagged within 1 hour.
Putaway & bin allocation
Items are barcode-scanned to a specific bin location. The WMS optimizes placement based on turnover rate.
Order fulfillment
When an order hits the WMS via API, the picker is dispatched within 15 minutes. Items picked, packed, labeled.
Outbound & tracking
Parcel is handed to the courier with a generated tracking ID. Customer-facing tracking page is live within seconds.

How do I integrate my store or ERP with your WMS?+
We provide a REST API with webhook callbacks for every inventory event (stock-in, stock-out, low-stock threshold, returns received). Pre-built integrations are available for Shopify, WooCommerce, Lazada, Shopee, SAP, and Oracle Netsuite. Custom integrations typically take 2–4 weeks.
What is the minimum commitment for warehousing?+
There is no long-term minimum commitment. Billing is monthly based on the actual storage volume used (per pallet or per cubic meter per day) plus a per-order fulfillment fee. Setup is free for commitments above 50 pallets.
Do you handle temperature-controlled storage?+
Yes. Six of our twelve facilities offer chilled (2–8 °C) and frozen (−18 °C) zones, ideal for pharmaceuticals, biologics, fresh produce, and frozen foods. Temperature logs are recorded every 5 minutes and available via API for compliance audits.
Can you handle returns on my behalf?+
Yes. Our returns team inspects every returned item against your predefined grading rules, then either restocks, relabels, returns to supplier, or disposes of it. The disposition is logged against the original tracking ID and visible on your dashboard within 24 hours of receipt.
